What is GetMySaloon?
GetMySaloon is a free salon management system and queue app for salons and barbershops in India. Owners run their live walk-in queue, billing, staff and finances from one dashboard, while customers find salons and join the queue from their phone. It is built by Versatile Technology in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
Is GetMySaloon the same as GetMySalon or Get My Salon?
Yes. GetMySaloon, Get My Saloon, GetMySalon and Get My Salon all refer to the same free salon management and queue app at getmysaloon.com. The brand uses the spelling 'saloon', but the platform is for hair salons, beauty salons and barbershops.
Who runs GetMySaloon?

Is GetMySaloon built for Indian salons?
Yes. GetMySaloon was built for Indian salons and barbershops. Prices are in rupees, India is the default country when you set up a salon, and the workflow is designed around real walk-in queues, manual billing and the lack of daily performance visibility many Indian salons face.
Do I need to download an app to use GetMySaloon?
No. GetMySaloon is a progressive web app that works in any phone or computer browser with nothing to download. You can optionally add it to your home screen for phone alerts. It shows an offline page if your internet connection drops.
Is GetMySaloon really free?
Yes. GetMySaloon costs Rs 0 for salon owners, managers and customers. There is no subscription, no free-trial countdown, no feature tiers and no credit card required. Every feature is available from day one.
Are there any hidden charges, add-ons or per-staff fees?
No. GetMySaloon has no add-on modules, no per-staff fees and no per-salon fees. Queue, booking, billing, finance, staff tools and notifications are all included for free, and there is no paid plan to upgrade to.
Do customers have to pay to use GetMySaloon?
No. Customers can search for salons, join queues, track their position and receive notifications without paying GetMySaloon anything. Customers pay the salon directly for their services.
How do I join a salon queue online?
Search for a salon on GetMySaloon, open its page and tap Join Waiting List. You will see your live position straight away. You can browse without an account, but you need to sign in and have a mobile number on your profile before you can join.
