    What is GetMySaloon?

    GetMySaloon is a free salon management system and queue app for salons and barbershops in India, built by Versatile Technology.

    Salon owners use it to publish their salon, manage staff, bill customers and watch revenue. Managers use it to run the live queue and log services on the floor. Customers use it to find a salon, join the queue from their phone and track their turn.

    All three roles work from the same live data, so a customer joining the queue, a service being logged and an invoice being emailed are one connected flow rather than separate tools.

    GetMySaloon provide?

    Live salon queue management

    Customers join a salon's queue from their phone, or a manager adds a walk-in by name. Every booking moves through waiting, in service and done (or cancelled), and everyone sees the same live order. Managers open and close sessions and assign each customer to available staff. Used by: Owners, Managers, Customers.

    Instant walk-in registration

    Not every customer has an account, and they do not need one. Front-desk staff register a walk-in with just a name and the person joins the same live queue as online customers. Used by: Managers.

    Online salon discovery and booking

    Customers browse salons on GetMySaloon, see services, prices, opening hours and photos, then join the queue from the salon's page. No app download and no phone calls. Used by: Customers.

    Live position tracking and push notifications

    Position updates automatically as the queue moves. Web push notifications alert customers when only a couple of people are ahead and when their bill is ready. Works on Android and on iOS 16.4 and later once the app is added to the home screen. Used by: Customers.

    Service logging per visit

    Staff log each service as it is performed. Prices are locked at the time of booking so later price edits never change past visits, and every entry is tied to the employee who did the work. Used by: Managers, Owners.

    Billing and PDF invoices

    When a session is completed, GetMySaloon totals the logged services, applies flat or percentage discounts, generates an itemised PDF invoice and emails it to the customer. Record payments as cash or online and track outstanding balances. Used by: Managers, Owners, Customers.

    Finance dashboard

    See revenue as the day happens, break earnings down by employee, review payroll summaries and open a per-employee finance page with full service history. No end-of-day tallying. Used by: Owners.

    Employee and manager management

    Add employees to each salon, assign which services they perform, create manager accounts with a dedicated login for running the floor, and track each person's services and earnings over time. Used by: Owners, Managers.

    Multi-salon owner dashboard

    Set up each salon's name, address, city, phone, logo, maximum occupancy and weekly opening hours, publish services with pricing and duration, add a photo gallery, and monitor every salon's queue remotely. Used by: Owners.

    Customer records and notifications

    Customers appear in your list after their first completed visit. Search and sort them, and send a push notification to your customers when you have news. Used by: Owners.

    Installable web app (PWA)

    GetMySaloon is a progressive web app: nothing to download, works on any phone or computer, can be installed to the home screen on Android and iOS, and shows an offline page if the connection drops. Used by: Everyone.
