By accessing or using Get my saloon ("the Platform"), operated by Versatile Technology (sole proprietor), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Get my saloon is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides salon and barbershop owners with tools for queue management, appointment booking, billing, employee management, and business analytics. The Platform is accessible at https://getmysaloon.com.

• The Platform is offered on a subscription basis at ₹99 per month (Pro Plan).
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• A 365-day free trial is provided upon registration. No payment is required during the trial period.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
• Versatile Technology reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice to registered users.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page within the Platform.
• Upon cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must not share your account with third parties or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Versatile Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform integrates with the following third-party services:

• Razorpay — for subscription billing and payment processing. Use of Razorpay is governed by Razorpay's Terms of Service.
• Google OAuth — for optional sign-in authentication. Use is governed by Google's Terms of Service.
• Versatile Analysis — an internal web analytics tool used to monitor Platform performance and usage. No personally identifiable information is shared externally through this tool.

Versatile Technology is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

All content, branding, code, and features of the Platform are the exclusive property of Versatile Technology. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Versatile Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.

Versatile Technology reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
