• Business information: Salon name, address, city, and operating hours provided by salon owners.
• Payment information: Subscription billing is handled entirely by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials on our servers.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with the Platform, collected via Versatile Analysis (our internal analytics tool).
• Google account data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google OAuth. We do not access any other Google account data.

• To create and manage your account.
• To provide and operate the Platform's features (queue management, billing, analytics).
• To process subscription payments through Razorpay.
• To send transactional emails (bills, booking confirmations, queue notifications).
• To improve the Platform using anonymised usage analytics via Versatile Analysis.
• To communicate important updates, policy changes, or service announcements.

We share data with the following third-party providers only as necessary to operate the Platform:

• Razorpay — processes subscription payments. Your payment data is governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• Google OAuth — used for optional sign-in. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Versatile Analysis — our internal analytics tool. Data collected is used solely for improving Platform performance and is not shared externally.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party.

• All data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
• Communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
• Access tokens and session data are managed using industry-standard JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication.
• While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt out of non-transactional communications at any time.

The Platform uses cookies and local storage for session management and authentication. These are strictly necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled while using the service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
