How do I find a salon near me?
Open Find a Salon and type a salon name, city or address. Each result shows whether the salon is open or closed, how many people are waiting and the rough wait time, so you can pick one that is available now.
Do I need an account to join a queue?
You need an account to join a queue from your phone. Sign up with your name, 10-digit mobile number, email and password, or use Google sign-in. If you are already at the salon, staff can add you to the queue with just your name.
Why can't I join a salon's waiting list?
There are three common reasons: the salon is closed, you already have an active booking at that salon, or your profile has no mobile number saved. You can only join while the salon is open and only one active booking per salon is allowed.
Can I pay for my haircut through GetMySaloon?
No. You pay the salon directly, in cash or online, however the salon accepts payment. GetMySaloon records whether the bill was paid by cash or online, but the payment itself happens outside the platform.
Where can I find my bill or invoice?
After your service the salon creates your bill, and a PDF invoice is emailed to you if the salon has your email address. You can also find and download every bill under My Bookings in the Bills tab.
Is my salon and customer data secure?
GetMySaloon encrypts data in transit and at rest, stores passwords hashed, and uses industry-standard JWT tokens for authentication. Access is role-based, so owners, managers and customers each see only what their role needs.
